The result? Curiosity. They visit your profile. ## And here’s the leverage: Your profile (if it is optimised) immediately shows what you offer and where things are headed – for example, straight to the booking link on your website. The contact follows you back and regularly sees your posts – so you stay visible without being pushy. LinkedIn® rewards your behaviour with more visibility and reach because you generate interactions. For recruiters, following someone is a quiet introduction. Follow the developer or head of nursing you want to contact a few days before your first message. The notification puts your name in front of them, and if they’re curious enough to view your profile, they’ll see your open positions before you make a pitch. If you’re looking for a job, turn the approach around and follow team leads at your target employer. When you send a connection request a week later, your name will already be familiar.
