// How to set up the signature in your mail clientOutlook

File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New. Paste the copied signature into the editing field with Ctrl+V and assign it to new messages and replies.

Gmail

Settings → See all settings → "General" tab → "Signature" section → Create new. Paste the copied signature with Ctrl+V/Cmd+V and save changes at the bottom.

Apple Mail

Mail → Settings → Signatures. Select the account, click "+", uncheck "Always match my default message font" and paste the copied signature with Cmd+V.

Privacy note: everything stays in your browser – nothing is stored or sent to a server. Only the name is required, every other field is optional.
