Create a new workflow and give it a suitable name, for example, "Engagement strategy". 2. Select the "Export leads from post interactions" feature. 3. Optional: Limit the number of profiles to visit (e.g. 40–50). ### Step 2: Define the target audience - The starting point is a target audience from Sales Navigator. - We recommend working with first-degree connections, as their interactions often include second- or third-degree connections—ideal candidates for connecting. - Now add the relevant target audience link to the feature, as shown in the video. ### Step 3: Use lists from interactions CompLeadly automatically creates lists from post interactions, for example: - Post Interaction – Likes – Contacts Outside Your Network - Post Interaction – Comments – Contacts Outside Your Network "Outside Network" means that you are not yet connected with these people. For the connection strategy, we recommend using the likes lists, as they contain more leads than the comments list. ### Step 4: Set up connections 1. Use the "Post Interaction – Likes – Contacts Outside Network" list as the target audience in Connect. 2. Adjust the settings: 3. - Maximum number of profiles per day (25–40, increase gradually with warm-up). - Optionally add a connection message or leave it blank. 4. Important note: Skip Open Profiles. 5. - To do this, set Open Profiles to be automatically removed from the list in the general settings. - They will instead be saved in a separate list (e.g. Open Profile Like Interaction). ### Step 5: InMails for Open Profiles - All Open Profiles in the separate list are not sent connection requests but contacted directly via InMail. - You can of course create an individual message here as well. - Duplicates are avoided through the "Period during which only one message may be sent" setting. ### Optional: Use your own posts as a basis - Alternatively, you can export only interactions with your own posts. - Advantage: Very high relevance, as these people have interacted directly with your content. - Disadvantage: Smaller target audiences. - For greater reach, we recommend working with the target audiences described above and their interactions. ### Conclusion This strategy allows you to target high-quality leads: - Likes and comments are collected automatically. - People outside your own network are systematically sent connection requests. - Open Profiles receive an InMail instead.
