This feature allows you to personalise your communication on LinkedIn and increase the effectiveness of your messages. **Placeholders for targeted outreach** You can create placeholders for different categories, including gender. For gender-specific salutations such as “Mister” or “Mrs”, you can define your own placeholders. This allows you to adapt the salutation in your messages without having to make manual changes every time. **Creating and managing placeholders** To create a new placeholder, select the relevant option and enter a name for the placeholder, such as “Test”. You then define what should be displayed for male and female profiles. You can also add a description to organise your placeholders more effectively. Once you have created the placeholder, you can copy, edit, delete or test it to ensure it works as intended. **Practical applications and support** You can create an unlimited number of placeholders for a wide range of terms and salutations, such as “Entrepreneur” or “Dear Ms” and “Dear Mr”. This gives you many ways to make your messages even more specific and engaging. If you have any questions or need help, the support button is available to you. By using this feature effectively, you can optimise your communication on LinkedIn and build stronger, more personal connections.
