It does not activate if there are already two messages from you in the chat or if the contact has already replied. You can set the daily number of openers, the waiting time after connecting, and the number of contacts checked individually. However, it does not activate if there are two messages from you in the chat history or if the contact has already replied. ### What to write in your Opener message [A thank-you or welcome message. These include: - The number of contacts that should receive an Opener each day. - The length of time you have been connected before an Opener is sent. - The number of contacts that should be checked for an Opener. These settings enable personalised and targeted outreach. ### Message creation and management You can create your messages using custom placeholders, save them and load them when needed. Premium customers can also send attachments such as PDFs or images. CompLeadly also provides export functions for contacted leads, allowing you to monitor and adjust the success of the Opener feature. ### Advanced settings in Expert Mode Expert Mode offers additional customisation options. For example, users can specify that Openers should only be sent in Sales Navigator or only to contacts connected exclusively through CompLeadly. Another setting allows the Opener feature to write when the chat with the contact is completely empty. ### Support and help If you have questions, a daily Q&A live call (included in Premium Plus) and a support button for direct enquiries are available. These resources allow you to resolve your questions directly and efficiently. ### Important to know Please note that the Opener feature addresses all contacts in your network, regardless of a sequence's specific target audience. This means the opener is sent to all new contacts.
