Apply nowCompLeadly is the leading platform for LinkedIn automation — we help sales teams scale their lead generation without losing the personal touch. Our product is growing fast, and so are the demands for outstanding support.
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who doesn't just assist customers but actually solves real problems. You're the bridge between our users and our development team — you understand what customers need, analyze technical issues, and work with engineering to build lasting solutions.
What to expect
- Direct customer contact via chat, email, and video calls — you're the first point of contact for our users
- Analyze and prioritize incoming tickets — from usage questions to technical bugs
- Close collaboration with the development team: reproduce bugs, work out solutions, and relay feedback
- Build and maintain our knowledge base with guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles
- Spot patterns in support requests and proactively suggest product improvements
- Onboard new customers and help them set up their workflows
What you bring
- Experience in customer support, ideally for a SaaS or tech product
- Basic technical understanding — you can tell a bug from a user error and know what an API call is
- Strong communication skills in German and English — written and verbal
- Empathy and patience, even when things get hectic
- Self-driven work style — you don't wait for instructions, you find solutions
- Enjoy explaining complex topics in simple terms
Nice to have
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom)
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social selling workflows
- Experience writing help articles or documentation
- Familiarity with browser DevTools or API debugging (for reproducing technical issues)
What we offer
- 100% remote — work from anywhere in Germany
- Flexible working hours based on trust
- Direct influence on the product — your support feedback shapes the roadmap
- Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making in a growing SaaS startup
- Annual learning budget for conferences, courses, or books
- Latest hardware setup of your choice (MacBook or Linux)
- Regular team events and an annual offsite
