Frequently asked questions

Where do the numbers in the LinkedIn automation case studies come from?

From the three customers' account statistics in CompLeadly, as of 8 September 2026. The figures are averages, not peak values. Only the starting point, such as the network size before they began, was reported by the customers themselves.

How is the time saved calculated?

CompLeadly uses fixed rates per action it actually performed: 0.75 minutes per profile visit, 2.5 minutes per connection request and 3 minutes per message. On top of that come 60 percent of the time the software ran unattended. Customers see the same figure in their weekly report; one person-day equals eight hours.

Who is behind the three case studies?

A solo consultant for emergency and succession planning in western Germany, a provider of telecommunications solutions with around 30 sales reps, and a staffing agency in a southern German metropolitan area. We don't publish names, but we do give industry, region and size. All three agreed to the publication of their numbers.

What does the acceptance rate in the case studies mean?

It shows the share of connection requests from the last twelve months that were accepted. For the consultant that was 676 out of 4,145 requests (16.3%), for the sales team 746 out of 2,125 (35.1%) and for the staffing agency's main target audience 1,288 out of 3,317 (38.8%).

Can the results be transferred to my business?

Each case study states who it applies to, from coaches without their own sales team to regional service providers. In two of the three accounts the strongest lever was the same: a tighter target audience instead of more volume. That lifted the consultant's acceptance rate to 20 to 25 percent, and the regional focus brought the staffing agency 38.8 percent.
