A desktop app. You install CompLeadly on your computer, and the automation runs there over your own internet connection, not in the browser and not on someone else's server. The Chrome extension is an extra tool right inside LinkedIn, for example to add contacts to a target audience with one click. It does not run campaigns, and you don't need it to get started.
