Zapier
In Zapier, you create a flow that receives the webhook from CompLeadly and connect it to your HubSpot account. Zapier determines which HubSpot actions are available.
integration · hubspot
CompLeadly does not have a native HubSpot integration yet. Today you connect the two via webhook – directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n – so your LinkedIn events reach HubSpot automatically.
Native integrations for HubSpot, Salesforce and other CRM systems are planned. Until then, webhooks are the way to connect HubSpot.
For each webhook, you choose which events make CompLeadly send data.
Which events actually occur depends on the functions your workflows use – a message is only sent, for example, if a workflow sends messages.
For every event, CompLeadly sends an HTTP POST request with JSON to your URL. The most important fields:
If a field is unknown for a contact, it arrives as an empty string – it is never missing. Plan for this in your flow, for example for an empty email address.
Which one fits depends on the tools you already use.
In Zapier, you create a flow that receives the webhook from CompLeadly and connect it to your HubSpot account. Zapier determines which HubSpot actions are available.
In Make, you set up a flow that takes in the webhook data and passes it on to HubSpot. Make determines which HubSpot actions it offers.
In n8n, too, your flow starts by receiving the webhook and hands the data on to HubSpot. n8n determines which HubSpot actions are available.
If you run your own API or middleware, CompLeadly sends the events straight there – no stop in between. Your own code then hands the data to HubSpot.
Zapier, Make and n8n are independent providers with their own pricing, limits and privacy terms. You decide which provider you use and where your data is processed – check this before you set things up.
In Zapier, Make, n8n or your own system, create a flow that receives webhooks and copy the URL.
Open Settings → Webhooks and click “Create Webhook”. Enter a name and the URL, choose the events and – if your endpoint requires it – an API key or bearer token.
With “Test Webhook” you send a test request and see right away whether it arrives.
In your flow, map the fields to the matching HubSpot properties, such as name, company and LinkedIn profile. The member ID or profile URL helps you avoid duplicate contacts.
According to our pricing page, webhooks are included from the Premium plan, not in the Basic plan. Compare plans →

Setting up and using webhooks in CompLeadly →Not yet. Today you connect CompLeadly to HubSpot via webhook – through your own endpoint or through Zapier, Make or n8n. Native integrations for HubSpot and other CRM systems are planned.
Not necessarily. The three tools are the easiest route without writing code. If you have your own endpoint that passes data to HubSpot, CompLeadly sends the webhooks straight there.
According to our pricing page, the Premium plan and above; the Basic plan does not. Zapier, Make or n8n may charge their own fees.
No. Webhooks only send data from CompLeadly to your destination. They do not sync anything in the other direction.
CompLeadly sends the event type, workflow and time as well as the lead data: name, email address (if known), company, position, LinkedIn profile URL and LinkedIn member ID. You decide in your flow what gets stored in HubSpot.
