Several options

1. Exclude lead lists: You use a Sales Navigator search and exclude leads there (our favourite):

3. You can also exclude entire companies directly from a search in Sales Navigator

For 4: Always check! Refresh the page and the contacts should disappear from the target audience (because they are blocked).
