Explanation of the consolidated invoice #unused time

How does this work?

  1. Unused time: If you have added a new subscription, the period for the existing subscriptions without the new subscription is credited to you until the next billing date.
In this video example: 6 subscriptions x €15.18 per subscription for 8 remaining days = €91.07
  2. Remaining time: If you now add a new subscription, the time for all subscriptions, including the new one, is calculated on a daily basis until the next billing date.
In this video example, for the 7 subscriptions from 23 October to 1 November, the amount is 7 subscriptions x €15.18 each for 8 remaining days in the month = €106.25.
  3. At the beginning of the month: When billing takes place on 1 November, you will see the total number of subscriptions you have by then (7). The amount is then calculated as follows:
    • The monthly fee for the 7 subscriptions is calculated.
    • The unused time is credited (deducted).
    • The remaining time is added on a daily basis.
