No Premium profile / No Premium profile
You have most likely selected that only Premium Profiles should be contacted. You can enable or disable this in the relevant feature.
Select:
I have selected "no Premium Profiles" for the InMail feature
I have selected "no premium profiles" for other features
For all features (except InMail):

Free InMails are always sent to Open Profiles, and Open Profiles are always Premium Profiles. (What are Open Profiles?)

Use up InMail credits instead of free InMails
You can also choose to use up your InMail credits.
InMails can then also be sent to non-Premium Profiles.
If you do not want to use up your credits, an InMail will ALWAYS be sent to an Open Profile, which is ALWAYS a Premium Profile.
