Sales Navigator Upgrade not possible
LinkedIn denies you an upgrade to Sales Navigator because you already have another package. ⚠️We can only upgrade to Sales Navigator if you do not have any package on LinkedIn.
You have a monthly package
- Cancel your package on LinkedIn
- Book the Sales Navigator Call with us one day after the end of the term.
Note: What will be lost in Sales Navigator if I no longer have it?
You have an annual package
A) If it is the Sales Navigator, cancel it and book the Sales Navigator Call with us one day after the end of the term.
B) If you have a different package, create a ticket to the LinkedIn Support ➔ here
Write: "I would like to upgrade to the Sales Navigator. Please enable this for me."
