Fix greeting issues caused by abbreviated last names in LinkedIn messages

For example, the greeting says "Hello Ms S." instead of spelling out the full last name.

Sometimes, LinkedIn users adjust their settings so their full last name is not visible to people they are not yet connected with. This can result in the full last name not appearing in the greeting.

1. Click Settings in the CompLeadly menu
2. Scroll to the Tool Settings tile
3. Enable: "If last name is abbreviated with X., replace _SA_ _LN_ with _FN_"
