Follow-up is not being sent
Are you using the "Follow Ups" feature and no messages are being sent?
Please make sure there are contacts who have received an opener from you and have not replied to it yet.
Here you can find the contacts on LinkedIn who can receive an opener from you.

Scroll to contacts whose connection date is far enough in the past that they should have received a follow-up.
If you have set follow-ups to 7–14 days, follow-ups can only be sent to contacts who have been connected with you for 7 days.
Open the message field and check whether the opener was sent.
