Automated first-contact messages
The Opener feature automatically sends messages to contacts you have not communicated with since connecting.
However, it does NOT activate if there are two messages from you in the chat history or the contact has already replied.

Settings options
You can adjust various parameters to tailor the Opener feature to your needs. These include:
- The number of contacts that should receive an Opener each day.
- The length of time you have been connected before an Opener is sent.
- The number of contacts that should be checked for an Opener.
These settings enable personalised and targeted outreach.
Message creation and management
You can create your messages using custom placeholders, save them and load them when needed. Premium customers can also send attachments such as PDFs or images. CompLeadly also provides export functions for contacted leads, allowing you to monitor and adjust the success of the Opener feature.
Advanced settings in Expert Mode
Expert Mode offers additional customisation options. For example, users can specify that Openers should only be sent in Sales Navigator or only to contacts connected exclusively through CompLeadly. Another setting allows the Opener feature to write when the chat with the contact is completely empty.

Important to know
Please note that, regardless of a sequence's specific target audience, the Opener feature contacts all connections in your network. This means the Opener is sent to ALL new contacts. CompLeadly goes through the contact list from top to bottom and checks whether an Opener can be sent.
