Last message sent before or after the specified date range / Last message sent before or after the date range provided
May occur with Auto InMails, automated messages & campaign messages
What the feature does
- You select a date range e.g. 01/03/2025–31/03/2099
- per contact exactly one message is sent through this feature during this period
- If a message has already been sent to this contact by this exact feature during this period, the system sends no second one
Important rules
- Date range = sending window. A message is only sent within this window.
- Past period = no message is sent. For example, if your window is 2023–2024 and it is now 2025, nothing happens because the time window has passed.
- Once per contact and window. If the contact has already received a message in this window, that is all.
Practical examples
- Example 1: Window 01/01/2025–31/12/2099, contact A has not received anything yet → A receives one message between 10 and 20 April.
- Example 2: Same window, contact A has already received a message from this feature on 12 April 2025 → no additional message in this window.
- Example 3: Window 01/01/2023–31/12/2024, but it is now 2025 → no message is sent, because the time window is no longer active.
