Does LinkedIn show you the page "You're on multiple Sales Navigator Teams"? Or does CompLeadly say "Contract selection required"? Then your LinkedIn account belongs to more than one Sales Navigator contract. That is why LinkedIn asks which contract you want to work with when you open it.
What CompLeadly does in this case
CompLeadly first tries to make the choice itself. It prefers a contract with "Team" in its name, otherwise one with "Advanced", otherwise the first one in the list. If that does not work, the feature stops. You then get the notice "Contract selection required" with the button "Choose contract".
What you need to do now
Option A: Choose the contract (about 2 minutes)
Open the selection
Click "Choose contract" in the notice. LinkedIn's selection page opens in your browser.
Pick the right contract
Choose the contract in which your searches and lead lists are saved.
Restart the workflow
Start the feature in CompLeadly again.
Option B: Have the extra contract removed (permanent)
If you no longer need one of the contracts, ask the admin of that Sales Navigator team to remove you from it. Only the admin can do this. How long it takes depends on the admin. After that, your account belongs to just one contract and LinkedIn stops asking.
What happens next
On the next start, CompLeadly opens your search again. The notice "Contract selection required" disappears after the next successful run.
Is your search in the other contract? This article will help: I have two Sales Navigator or LinkedIn packages to choose from, and CompLeadly does not open the search.
