  2. Skip profiles you are already connected with in "Visit & Follow"

    1. CompLeadly checks each profile to see whether there is already a pending connection request. This takes time and can be avoided by disabling the relevant checkbox in the "Visit & Follow" feature:
  3. Use the integrated CompLeadly browser

    1. The integrated CompLeadly browser is a streamlined version of Google Chrome and can improve CompLeadly's performance. You can activate it in the settings here:

  4. Restart your computer daily (do not just shut it down, actually restart it)

Restarting your computer can provide a range of benefits for your system's performance. One of the main reasons is that it clears the working memory (RAM). Over time, remnants of programs and processes that are no longer active but still consume resources accumulate in the working memory. These can slow down your computer. A restart deletes all these temporary files and unnecessary process information, freeing up the RAM so it can be fully used again.
In addition, restarting stops all running applications and services. This is especially helpful when programs or processes are no longer working properly and cause errors that interfere with other system operations. For example, such faulty instances can cause the system to freeze or certain applications to run more slowly. When you restart your computer, all processes are closed properly and restarted, helping to resolve these blockages.
In addition, a restart often allows important updates and fixes to take effect. Many system and software updates require a restart to be fully implemented. Without this step, some updates may not run correctly, which can lead to further performance issues.
Overall, regular restarts are a simple and effective way to improve your computer's performance and ensure that the system runs smoothly.
