In the tool, you can click on your name in the top left and expand the "Your subscriptions" window:
There, you can see everything.
By definition, a subscription is recurring and is automatically renewed for the same term at the end of the current term until you cancel.
You can also purchase subscriptions in the tool under "Buy and subscribe".
