Attachment is not being sent

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the attachment feature via the paperclip icon in the bar below the text field
  2. Delete your attachments
  3. Click Save
  4. Open the attachment feature
  5. Add the attachment again
  6. Click Save
  7. Try again
