I used to think I urgently needed more staff.
My problem:
Too many manual tasks. Visiting profiles every day. Sending copy-and-paste messages every day. Tracking follow-ups in Excel every day.
I was no longer the strategist in my business. I was my own, overpriced intern.
Does that sound familiar? You want to sell, but you are busy managing.
You think about hiring an assistant. But employees cost money. They need training. They get sick. They need holidays.
Then I realised: I do not need another person on the payroll for routine work. I need a system.
Today, my new “colleague” starts punctually at 7:30 a.m. While I have my first coffee and plan the strategy for the week, they have already:
✅ Sent 39 relevant connection requests.
✅ Sent 57 follow-up messages.
✅ Posted this post
They do not complain. They do not get tired. And they cost a fraction of a salary.
The result:
My calendar fills up with meetings. But my mind stays free for the real conversations. Because automation does not replace people. It gives them back the time to be human again (whether that means more free time or more time for strategic, exciting tasks in the business).
Which mind-numbing task would you most like to “uninstall” right away?
