Introduction to creating a success sequence in CompLeadly

Here, you will learn step by step how to create the CompLeadly success sequence. The success sequence is an automated campaign designed to reach potential customers in a target audience more efficiently and connect with them.

Step 1: Create a new sequence

To create a success sequence, first go to the LinkedIn tool in CompLeadly and click Create new sequence. Here, you can give the sequence a name. An important note: The name cannot be changed later because it is a template. Then select the Success sequence as a template and save it. It only takes a few seconds for the sequence to be created.

Step 2: Connect LinkedIn and Sales Navigator

Once the sequence has been created, you can make the necessary preparations. Open LinkedIn or Sales Navigator and paste the link to your target audience into the designated field in CompLeadly. If you cannot find the link, you will be shown how to copy it from the URL bar. There are also advanced guides on how to set up Sales Navigator or LinkedIn effectively.

Step 3: Automated profile visits

Once the target audience has been defined, the profiles are automatically visited when the sequence starts. The number of profiles visited is automatically increased gradually, so that not too many profiles are visited at the same time. This gradual process ensures that contact is established continuously.

Step 4: Waiting time and connection requests

After visiting a profile, you can set a waiting time, before the connection request is sent. Two days are recommended, but you can adjust the waiting time as needed. If the connection request has not been accepted after five days, it is automatically withdrawn to prevent too many pending requests—something LinkedIn does not like.

Step 5: Messaging

Once the connection request has been accepted, the profiles receive a predefined welcome or thank-you message. You can customise this message as needed. Here, you can also set a waiting time before sending a needs analysis question or a pitch.

If the contact responds to your messages in the meantime, you will find them in the replies table. This table is accessible through the menu in the CompLeadly dashboard, and there is a video that explains how to use the table in more detail.

Step 6: Add follow-ups

After the needs analysis or the pitch, you can add further follow-ups. It is recommended to create at least two to three follow-ups, to increase your chances of receiving a reply. The waiting time between follow-ups can be set individually, with seven days recommended.

There are also further articles that give you tips on designing follow-ups and explain why follow-ups are so crucial to success.

Step 7: Support and further resources

If you have any questions during setup or while the sequence is running, you can press the Support button at any time. The support team will be happy to help you review your settings and ensure everything is set up correctly.
