Short answer: If LinkedIn keeps asking for a new code, first end your old LinkedIn sessions. Then open Settings → LinkedIn in CompLeadly, click “Solve login problems” and log in to LinkedIn again in the browser that opens automatically.
Step 1: End old LinkedIn sessions.
- Open LinkedIn:
Go to your LinkedIn settings and navigate to the “Sign in & security” section. - End old sessions:
Under “Active sessions,” you’ll see all logged-in devices.
Click on “End these sessions” so that no old sessions interfere.
Step 2:
In CompLeadly, open Settings in the left menu and select the LinkedIn tab.
Step 3:
Click “Solve login problems”. The button cannot be clicked while a function is running – stop running functions first.
Step 4:
A browser window opens automatically. Log in to LinkedIn there manually. Afterwards you can close the browser and start your workflow.
If the code keeps coming: Click “Solve login problems” again and log in to LinkedIn completely anew in the browser window that opens. This replaces old stored sessions that could otherwise trigger a new 2FA code again and again.
For further login causes and their solutions, see the overview CompLeadly does not start any function.
