Why I only need 30 minutes a day for outreach now.

I used to think productivity meant sweat. I spent two hours a day doing it.
Search through profiles. Copy names. Paste messages. Send. Repeat.
I felt productive. But if I’m honest: I was just busy.

I was the most expensive data entry clerk in my own company.

Do you know that feeling?

You work a lot, but at the end of the day, you haven’t created anything “real”. You’ve just worked through tasks.

That’s dangerous. Because mindless busywork kills your creativity. And it takes up the time you need for real sales conversations.

Then I introduced a radical separation: separating prospecting from outreach.

This is what my routine looks like today:

Step 1:

The machine (23 hours and 30 minutes)
My system (CompLeadly) handles the busywork. It finds the target audience. It connects. It handles the initial outreach. It does this while I sleep, exercise or develop strategies.

Step 2:

The human (30 minutes)
I log in in the morning. I only see replies from people who are interested. I reply personally. I schedule meetings.

The result: I spend less time on sales, but have more meetings. Not because I’m lazy. But because I now put my energy only into “high-value activities”: real conversations with real prospects.

Hard work is not a status symbol. Results are.

How much time do you still spend on copy-paste?
